At Fitness Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.
UK 35-Day Return Policy
Fitness Store is happy to accept returns or exchanges within 35 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygiene strips intact.

Returns must be logged with us within 35 days of receiving your order via email.

Once the return process has started, the item must be posted back within 10 days.
Returns sent outside of this timeframe cannot be refunded. Late returns will be returned to the customer via second class post.

If you choose to use your own postage method:

Fitness Store cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.
Sale Items
Items purchased in a sale or promotional offer are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
International 35-Day Return Policy
The same 35-day return policy applies for international customers for refunds.
However:

Exchanges are not available for international orders

A £4.99 handling and return fee will apply
EU Returns
Due to GPSR regulations introduced in the EU on December 12th 2024, we are no longer able to accept returns from EU customers from this date.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at:
Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a QR code which can be used at our delivery partner’s drop-off location.
Return Process
Once your return arrives at our fulfilment centre it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days after the return has been received for your refund to be processed.
Refused or Unclaimed Orders
For international orders returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, refusal by the customer, or unclaimed delivery, a £20 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
Once the returned items are received back at our fulfilment centre, the remaining refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Lost Returns
To avoid the risk of lost returns, always use a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage.
If your return is lost in transit and you can provide proof of postage, we may be able to issue a refund or store credit.
Unfortunately, if you cannot provide proof of postage, we may not be able to assist if the return is lost.

Abuse of Returns Policy
Fitness Store reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if we believe the returns policy is being abused. This includes but is not limited to repeated excessive returns, items returned worn or damaged, or returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
In cases where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before contacting our support team, Fitness Store reserves the right to dispute the claim with evidence of delivery, order confirmation, and policy acceptance at checkout
